STARTUP ACCELERATION Program

About Program

The Startup Acceleration Program is a specialised 6-month initiative aimed at accelerating the growth of healthcare startups. This program provides comprehensive support to healthcare entrepreneurs, researchers, and med-tech innovators, guiding them from ideation to market launch. Startups will receive dedicated incubation support, access to ADC’s Center, and specialized R&D labs to help scale their innovations effectively.

Startups undergo orientation sessions to understand program objectives and define milestones. Each startup receives a diagnostic assessment to identify challenges and key focus areas. During this phase, startups refine their business models and validate product-market fit.

This phase focuses on improving prototypes and preparing for market entry. Startups receive regulatory guidance for FDA and CE certifications and access to advanced R&D labs for product validation and clinical trials.

Startups work on scaling their business models and engage in pilot testing with healthcare partners. They receive guidance on revenue generation, operational efficiency, and develop go-to-market strategies for commercialisation.

The final phase focuses on fundraising and investor engagement. Startups refine their financial models, prepare investor pitches, and connect with venture capitalists and funding bodies. The program concludes with a Demo Day to showcase innovations and secure investments.

Startups will receive a certificate recognising their participation and achievements in the ADC Healthcare Ventures programs.

Who can Apply?

Startups must operate in one or more of the following domains:

  • Healthcare innovation (products/services)
  • Medical devices and diagnostics
  • Digital health (telemedicine, health-tech, AI in healthcare)
  • Preventive healthcare and wellness solutions


For startups with a validated concept, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), or working prototype, focusing on product optimisation and go-to-market readiness.


Must present a novel, scalable solution addressing a critical healthcare challenge with a clear path to market adoption.


Founders must commit to active participation in all program activities, including mentorship sessions, business workshops, progress reviews, and investor demo days.

Duration of Program

Cohort Size: 20 startups per batch

Program Duration: 6 months

Batch Induction: Every 6 months
